Comments

Comments allow you and customers to provide information internally or externally to carriers.

Internal comments will only be visible in the system and will never be visible for customers or carriers. They can be used to convey information about packing, the location of items or any other relevant communication internally.

External comments will be visible to you, the carrier and customers. They can be used to communicate delivery instructions for the last mile delivery (e.g. place in my garage) or any other relevant information for the carrier or customers.
